Erin Biskup

What are you most passionate about?

Connection, Love and living a joyful, vital and purposeful life, with a mission to evolve as much as possible, whilst contributing to the collective consciousness.

Why did you choose to work in the health industry?

I have experienced first hand the incredible gifts from Yoga, Meditation and wellness, and naturally you cannot help but be pulled to share this life enhancing and affirming wisdom with as many as possible.

What has been the biggest challenge you have overcome in your life?

Identification with mind. Much of my earlier life was overshadowed by limiting beliefs, habitual non-serving cycles and past childhood traumas playing on repeat. There is a wonderfully insightful book by Joe Dispenza, called “Breaking the habit of being yourself’, basically scientific evidence that our internal environment is a direct reflection of our external experience. The exciting part is we can think our way into greatness…or darkness, it’s really up to us to rewire the pathways in our brain. It’s fascinating to think what we could accomplish as a collective if we were all accessing our greatest potential and most authentic self, and serving humanity from that place.

If you could give one word of advice, what would it be?

Ram Das, Maharishi Mahesh Yogi & John Lennon…so much light, so much love!.
