What are you most passionate about?

I’m very passionate about living an active, healthy and holistic lifestyle as well as having a positive attitude towards life. The life we are given is very short so taking every opportunity that comes your way is important so you can make the most out of every day. In saying this, it is important to care and nurture your body by living a healthy and active lifestyle so that it is able to carry you through the journey of life.

I love to travel and I hope to experience as much as I can of our beautiful earth whilst I am here physically. I try my best to look after my body so that I am physically able to explore and adventure for as long as possible. No one should be restricted by their health from doing what they love!

Why did you decide to work in the health industry?

I have grown up in an active family and have enjoyed playing a variety of sports, starting at a very young age. I love the rush of endorphins we get from exercise and keeping our body moving. Being active and playing sports makes me happy and I wish to share this happiness with everyone. I have adapted a vegetarian diet and I have enjoyed learning about the right things to fuel my body with. Living a healthy lifestyle is something that I’m passionate about and I hope to help others make positive choices for their health. I want to share the amazing benefits of being active with everyone!

What has been the biggest challenge you’ve overcome in your life?

The biggest challenge I have overcome is removing negative people from my life. I am a very forgiving person and often this has resulted in myself being hurt, used and taken advantage of. Learning when to remove myself from these situations and do what is best for me has been a difficult thing to overcome as I have often felt selfish by doing this. This has helped me to become a happier and more positive person without having these negative influences around me and in doing so, I have developed a more positive and optimistic outlook on life.

If you could give one word of advice what would it be?

Stay true to yourself! Originality is so unique, being the best version of YOU and sticking to what YOU believe in is a very important thing to live by.

Never give up on your dreams, goals and aspirations! You only get out what you put in.

And never miss the opportunity to see or do something amazing!

Trust the process and the universe, everything happens for a reason.

(More than one word of advice I know but I just had to share) J

What is the most inspiring quote you have heard?

“If you don’t go after what you want, you’ll never have it. If you don’t step forward, you’ll always been in the same place”. This quote reflects my personal beliefs. In life and everything you do, you will only get out what you put in. In order to achieve your goals and reach your full potential you have to work hard for it.

Do you have an ethos you live by?

An ethos I live by is ‘living in the moment’. Making the most of every moment and every opportunity we are given is crucial. We take So much for advantage and often don’t appreciate things until they are gone. In these moments it’s good to just take a step back, breathe, be greatful and enjoy the moment while it lasts.

If you could invite any three people over for dinner (dead or alive), who would it be and why?

My Oma (great grandmother) – She passed away when I was only two and I would have loved to have spent more time with her. My family often share many stories about her and she was such an amazing woman. Although I was very young when she passed I remember having a strong connection with her. Looking back on photos we have together, we were always smiling and I would love to share these special times with her again.

Rupi Kaur- Rupi is an amazing author that has written some incredible books. Her perspective on life is very unusual and inspiring for me. I would love to have a conversation with her and hear about her life stories and philosophies.

David Attenborough- This man has seen it all! I would love to talk to him about all the adventures he has been on and all the incredible experiences he has encountered with animals. I LOVE animals and find David’s work so amazing.
