What To Expect
Wear comfortable workout clothes, water bottle and yoga mat (if owned). No shoes for yoga and pilates, and optional for weights classes. We like our feet being feet.
We've got all the props you need, from bolsters and blankets to weights and resistance bands.
Book your classes through the Momence app. Even add them to your calendar.
Studio opens 15 minutes before your class. Come in and chill out for a while, or connect with your community. Please remember to switch your phone to flight mode before your class starts.
