We are always asking our teens what they want to “be” when they grow up. Implying that they need to decide on a career at such a young and confusing age, and this decision is who they become.
What if we taught our kids to find their own values and beliefs first? What if we show them how to discover their passions and how to live in alignment with these for the rest of their lives? In our values and beliefs workshop for teens we get to the centre of each teens heart.
We help them uncover who they are at their core and help them feel excited about their future. We will help our future leaders unravel their true potential with skills that will serve them for life.
In this workshop, teens will learn different techniques that they can ’take home’ with them and continue to practise in their day-to-day life! These will include:
– Meditation: a great way to improve mental clarity and to take a moment for yourself
– Yoga: connecting with your mind, body and soul
– Breathing techniques: calming the mind and body, relieving stress and worries and instead feeling relaxed and calm.
“This is a workshop I wish I had access to as a teen, it would of saved me years of confusion and self discovery. This is the best thing you can do for your child’s future” – Melinda
