Firstly, lets break down the meaning of Yoga.
Yoga translates to ‘yoke’ and in the west we define this as“to join together” or “to unite.” Yoga is the union of individual consciousness with the infinite, universal energy.
What is Kundalini?
Kundalini refers to a coiled, primal, shakti energy that resides at the base of the spine in all human beings that is the source of life force energy. The practice of kundalini supports in awakening the conscious energy that lies within that has, for a period of time, been ‘asleep’ or stagnant.
