‘Foundations of Yoga’ is a beginners workshop designed to inspire those who are seeking a change and wanting to experience the bliss we find from connecting to our higher self.
Way too often I hear people say, for years even, ‘I’ve been meaning to get into Yoga’ or ‘my friend started Yoga and they’ve had amazing benefits, I think I should give it a go.’ But yet, still don’t begin. There is a misconception about Yoga; people believe they need to already know what Yoga is to begin. However, the beauty of Yoga is that it is a practice, we are all here to learn, evolve and transform on our mats. This workshop is the perfect place for you to begin Yoga.
Join Holly at Redhead Wellness Sanctuary as she guides you through a foundational Yoga class. Holly will guide you through a basic ‘Flow’ style class that will give you the confidence you are wanting for to come in to any of our studio classes and start a regular Yoga practice.
Explore the foundational principles of Yoga and learn how to cultivate a deep state of awareness through breath, movement and stillness.
We will uncover the philosophy of Yoga so that you can begin to change your thought patterns, old habits and ultimately change your life.
