Aloe Vera Juice

Hands down, this is the best tasting Aloe Vera Juice. Not to mention the option to have it loaded with therapeutic herbs too.

Aloe is amazing for overall health. It is alkalising, cleansing, full of amino acids, anti oxidants and easy to stick to. Simply have 25 mL twice a day. Such a good basic health remedy.

 

 

Pea Protein

Pea Protein not only gives you enough protein post workout, it is also alkalising (unlike Whey protein powders) and are less likely to cause allergic reactions and intolerances.
