Join Meg for our Yoga for Kids. Yoga for kids is designed to help our little ones enjoy the benefits of yoga in a fun and practical class. Each class will have a theme to keep it exciting and fresh with meditation to conclude the class.
Yoga has shown to help our children release worry, stress and anxious feelings while learning about their body and movement.
The class is designed for children aged 8 – 13 years. Please note, this is not child minding.
